▢1 cup unsweetened almond milk, chilled and creamy
▢1 frozen banana, ripe and speckled for natural sweetness
▢1 tbsp creamy almond butter, unsweetened and rich
▢1 tsp ground turmeric, vibrant and earthy
▢1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, warm and aromatic
▢1/4 tsp ground ginger, spicy and sharp
▢1 pinch black pepper, freshly ground to boost turmeric absorption
▢1 tsp pure vanilla extract, fragrant and sweet
▢1 cup ice cubes, crisp and clear
Pour 1 cup of chilled, creamy unsweetened almond milk into a high-speed blender.
Add 1 frozen ripe banana, broken into chunks for easier blending.
Scoop in 1 tbsp of rich, unsweetened almond butter.
Sprinkle 1 tsp of vibrant ground turmeric, 1/2 tsp of warm ground cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp of spicy ground ginger into the blender.
Grind in a pinch of fresh black pepper to activate the turmeric’s benefits.
Drizzle 1 tsp of fragrant pure vanilla extract over the ingredients.
Top with 1 cup of crisp ice cubes to thicken the smoothie.
Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until the mixture is smooth and uniformly golden.
Tip: For a thicker smoothie, add more ice; for a thinner consistency, add a splash more almond milk.
Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
Tip: Garnish with a light dusting of cinnamon for an Instagram-worthy finish.

"They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles. All the believers were together and had everything in common. They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need. Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved."
