
▢1 ripe avocado, creamy and perfectly soft
▢1 cup unsweetened almond milk, cold and refreshing
▢1/2 cup fresh spinach, vibrant and leafy
▢1 tbsp fresh lime juice, tangy and bright
▢1/2 tsp vanilla extract, pure and aromatic
▢1 cup ice cubes, crisp and chilling
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a high-powered blender.
Add the unsweetened almond milk, fresh spinach, fresh lime juice, and vanilla extract to the blender.
Blend on high for 30 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth and no leafy bits remain.
Tip: For a thicker smoothie, add more ice.
Add the ice cubes and blend again for another 30 seconds until the smoothie is frosty and well combined.
Tip: If your blender struggles, pulse a few times before blending continuously.
Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
Tip: Garnish with a thin lime slice for an extra zing.
